Strength training, Pilates and nutrition coaching built for the birthing body. From bump, through birth, and beyond.
Just found out? Book a free call. I'll help you keep training safely until your bump arrives, then we'll build your plan.
You were active before. Now every workout comes with a Google search and a little fear.
Pelvic pain, low back pain and poor sleep don't have to be the price of pregnancy.
Leaking, doming or a core that feels disconnected deserve a real plan, not a pamphlet.
You don't have to just deal with it. Your body can feel good again.
Second trimester, once your bump arrives. Build strength, ease aches and train with confidence.
Third trimester. Pelvic mobility, balance and positioning work so your body has room and readiness for birth.
The fourth trimester. Gentle core and pelvic floor reconnection, with at-home guidance while you heal.
Cleared is the start, not the finish. Progressive strength and a safe return to lifting, running and the sport you love.
Strong for pregnancy, ready for birth, rebuilt for life. No two bodies, and no two pregnancies, are the same, so six principles guide every session, from the moment your bump arrives to long after baby.
Every plan starts with a movement assessment of your breath, posture, core, pelvic floor and history. Your body sets the plan, not a template.
How you breathe and manage pressure protects your core and pelvic floor. That strategy is built into every lift, so strength never comes at their expense.
Pregnancy, birth and motherhood are physical. I train you for what your body actually has to do, instead of handing you a list of what to avoid.
Pelvic mobility, balance and positioning work so your body has room for baby, and you know which movements and positions to reach for in labor.
Recovery doesn't end at six weeks. We reconnect first, then build strength and Pilates back in until you're lifting, running and moving the way you want.
Nutrition, sleep, stress and habits matter as much as reps. When you need more than me, I connect you with doulas, midwives and pelvic floor PTs.
Designed from your movement assessment, and updated as you move through each stage.

Your plan changes as your body does, from bump to long after baby. Memberships start with a 3-month minimum, then go month to month.
I'm a Perinatal Movement Specialist with more than 8 years in fitness and 6 years dedicated to training pregnant and postpartum women. I'm the movement specialist on your birth team: your doula supports you through birth, and I get your body ready for it and help you rebuild after. I blend strength training, Pilates and nutrition coaching into one plan that meets you where you are, whether that's week 16 of pregnancy or year 2 of motherhood.
I call it the Roby Method: assess first, train for strength, and treat birth like the physical event it is. During pregnancy that means mostly strength training, paired with breath, mobility and birth-prep work. After birth, we reconnect your core and pelvic floor, then layer strength and Pilates back in until you feel like yourself again, or stronger.
"I started private then semi-private Pilates lessons with Robin when I was 10 weeks postpartum and she did an incredible job helping me navigate that vulnerable time when my body had changed so much and needed to learn its new limits. … I would work with Robin again any day, no questions asked!"
"From our very first session, she took the time to understand my goals and built every class around exactly what I needed. Her cues are clear, her hands-on guidance is spot-on, and she has a genuine gift for keeping you motivated."
"She is technically very strong and has a remarkable ability to work with people of different ages, fitness levels, physical capabilities, and injury histories. … She creates an environment where you feel both challenged and well cared for."
"Never have I ever experienced someone with the level of knowledge, detail, dedication, passion, charisma, and the right amount of strictness."
